Environment and Sustainability

Katherine Town Council is passionate about creating a safer, healthier and cleaner environment for the community. Council provides several waste services to the community including kerbside collection and the running of the Waste Management Facility. Furthermore, Council is involved in a number of projects to improve the environmental sustainability of the Katherine Region.
